The game

Flappy Dash is provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may change, update, suspend or discontinue the game or the website at any time.

Coins and progress

Coins, powers, birds, traits, scores and other items in the game are part of the game only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, and cannot be transferred. Your progress is stored in your own browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared; we are not able to restore it.

Acceptable use

• copy, re-host, frame or redistribute the game or its art, music or code on another website or service;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to play or to interact with advertisements;
• click on advertisements in order to generate revenue for us, or encourage anyone else to;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website.

Intellectual property

The Flappy Dash name, game, artwork, music, sound, text and code are original works owned by the developer and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of them.

Advertising and other websites

The website shows advertising from third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of other websites they link to.

No warranty

The website and the game are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the website or the game.
